REI (Resource Exchange International) Seminar is back with more exciting topics relating to business and soft skills. This time, our REI experts will be here at UEH-ISB on 18th and 29th March to enrich you with knowledge and skills. The upcoming seminars consisting of many interesting topics are as follows:

Seminar 1: Becoming a Person of Influence
This class is designed to give practical guidance to influence everyone on your team, or at your work location.  You will be given guidance to influence your boss, co-workers, team members, peers, and subordinates. Using classroom activities, students will be able to practice many diverse influence principles.

Seminar 2: Interviewing Skills
Preparation is key to a successful interview.  We will review areas on which to focus in your preparation and will discuss some of the mistakes to avoid in an interview. Included will be advice on resumes/CVs and on the virtual interview process.

This topic walks through the steps and timing used by a successful professional international trade deal negotiator to build, negotiate, and finance big trade deals, including using MOUs, Proof of Funds, Proof of Product, Purchase Orders, Purchase Agreements, Shipping Documents, Telegraph Transfer, Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, and Bill of Exchange, emphasizing in each case their role in the negotiations.
