About the International Virtual Conference 2021: Technologies and Language Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

School of Foreign Languages, UEH University, successfully organised the International
\nVirtual Conference on 15th November, 2021.
\nThis conference was a platform for academicians, researchers, managers, and students to
\nshare their research, theoretical perspectives, and practices in the field of applied
\nlinguistics and language education. Abstracts and full papers were subject to double-blind
\npeer review based on originality, novelty, relevance, presentation, and accuracy. The
\nmain theme for 2021 was Technologies and Language Education, which covered a wide
\nrange of topics including:
\n1. Blended learning
\n2. Remote emergency teaching and learning due to Covid-19
\n3. Synchronous and asynchronous language teaching and learning
\n4. Digital L2 assessment
\n5. Applying multimedia resources in language teaching and learning
\n6. Social networks as a multilingual context
\n7. Technology as a mediating tool in language learning
\nThe proceedings of the conference include 14 selected papers submitted by authors from
\ndifferent countries and regions. The contributed papers went through a rigorous review
\nprocess in which they were reviewed by experts who are qualified in the field of
\nTechnologies and Language Education. The proceedings aim to provide readers with the
\nrecent research results and findings in the related field.<\/span><\/p>\n
