  • Coordinate with UEH \u2013 ILACS\u2019 partner in study abroad program, foundation program<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with Marketing staff to drive participants for in training\/seminar\/workshop\/ event<\/li>\n
  • Assist to build Marketing & PR content<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for Facebook\/Website post content<\/li>\n
  • Marketing and recruitment plan for the project<\/li>\n
  • Execute the recruitment plan and achieve the target<\/li>\n
  • Administration tasks: teacher contracts, classroom booking, logistics support, paperwork regarding to project<\/li>\n
  • Contact to University\u2019s faculties\/departments<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with Administration & Accounting Department to facilitate all activities relating project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in Customer Care\/Counseling\/Administration (Ability to work in a busy operation environment offering high standards of Customer Care is a plus).<\/li>\n
    • Competent communication skills (in both Vietnamese and English)<\/li>\n
    • Fluent English Communication<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in using M.S Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)<\/li>\n
    • Skill of video editing<\/li>\n
    • Dependability \u2013 being reliable, responsible, multi-task, and handle tasks under high pressure, problem-solving and result-oriented skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
